• Check-out: From 07:00 to 10:00

Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their expected arrival time.

Children

Only the number of guests confirmed in the booking may stay at the property unless prior approval has been granted.

Guests are expected to treat the property, furnishings, and surrounding natural environment with care and respect. Any damages, breakages, or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, loud music, and disruptive behaviour are not permitted in order to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the estate.

Pets

Pets are not allowed on the property.

Age Requirement

There is no age requirement for check-in.

Liability

Guests stay at the property at their own risk. 6 Poplar Drive and its owners are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the stay.

Wildlife & Nature

The property is situated within a wildlife estate surrounded by indigenous forest and natural landscapes. Guests are asked to remain mindful of wildlife and use hiking trails and outdoor areas responsibly.

Availability of Amenities

While every effort is made to ensure all amenities are available and functioning, occasional interruptions to utilities, WiFi, or estate services may occur beyond our control.
